Kailynn M. (Palaima) Ney
Associate Attorney
Attorney Palaima has been a member of The Halks Firm since 2017.
Attorney Palaima graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2019 with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a concentration in Legal Studies. Throughout her undergraduate, and through law school, Attorney Palaima worked as an intern then paralegal at The Halks Firm. Attorney Palaima received her Juris Doctorate from New England Law Boston in 2022 and was admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Bar in November of 2022.
Throughout her time at The Halks Firm, Attorney Palaima has sat second chair at multiple trials, assisted Attorney Halks in jury selection, and attended appellate court arguments before the Massachusetts Appellate Court.
Throughout her time in Law school, Attorney Palaima was a member of the Family Law Society, serving as Treasurer in her 2L year, and President in her 3L year. Attorney Palaima was also a member of the New England Law Student Bar Association, and was a member of the New England Law Mentorship Program.
