Zoe Federman Associate Attorney

About

Zoe earned her Bachelor of Arts and Science in Anthropology and Women and Gender Studies from the University of Delaware and her Juris Doctor Degree from Western New England School of Law. While in law school, she participated in the Family Law Association and Women Law Association. Zoe volunteered to judge the American Moot Court Association Competition and to teach the “Introduction to Law” Program with Paulo Freire Social Justice Charter School. She earned her Divorce Mediation Academic and Skills Training Certification in 2024. These accomplishments illustrate Zoe’s commitment to scholarship and community involvement.

At graduation, Zoe was honored with the Eldergill Prize for Excellence in Employment Law. Zoe gained practical experience in divorce litigation through her Law Clerk position at Raipher P.C. in Springfield, Massachusetts and her Student Attorney position at Community Legal Aid in Northampton, Massachusetts.

Zoe was sworn into the Massachusetts Bar in November 2024 and joined The Halks Law Firm in January 2025. Leading with compassion and enthusiasm, Zoe is dedicated to providing excellent legal services.
