About

Kethry Milne earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2023. She previously attended Hofstra University, where she first developed a strong interest in the legal profession. 

During her undergraduate studies, Kethry interned at the Massachusetts Trial Court’s Court Service Center, where she gained exposure to the complexities of family law and discovered a passion for assisting families navigating difficult legal circumstances. Prior to joining The Halks Firm, she further developed this interest while working at a family law firm in the Boston area. 

Since joining The Halks Firm in May 2024, Kethry has second-chaired multiple trials and plays an integral role in trial preparation. Her responsibilities include drafting pleadings, drafting and reviewing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation. 

In August 2025, Kethry began pursuing her Juris Doctor at New England School of Law | Boston, where she is enrolled in the evening program on scholarship. 

Kethry is originally from Foxboro, Massachusetts and is a graduate of Foxborough High School. Outside of work, Kethry enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active, cooking, and caring for her two cats, Gracie and Luna.
